I found Facelift Interior’s videos on YouTube just as I was starting my own upholstery business. The videos have been invaluable to me because even though I’m already doing upholstery, every job is different and there are always new things to learn. It’s so helpful to see how other upholsterers do things and Neil’s videos are easy to understand and enjoyable to watch. They’re filmed well and he is very good at teaching, he gives you all the information you need to understand how and why he’s doing the things, without overloading you with too much information. He’s funny too, that always helps! I’m excited for the Facelift Academy, upholstery is a very under appreciated trade, but great teachers like Neil making their knowledge and skills available on a wider scale is just what we need!

I’ve been watching and learning a lot from Neil's videos on YouTube for a while so when I got the opportunity to join The Facelift Academy, I jumped at the chance.

The knowledge and information that Neil shares is excellent and the way in which he presents his step-by-step video guides is brilliant. He is very easy to listen to and keeps your attention with easy to understand guidance and a little humour thrown in.

I can’t wait to see what Neil has coming up next.

I’ve been watching Neil’s tutorials on YouTube during the past year and l find them really helpful for learning new techniques or refreshing my memory. In our trade experience is precious and l love how it’s generously shared by Facelift Interiors. Thank you so much & keep rocking!

FaceLift Academy emphasizes hands-on practice, encouraging involvement in practical projects from the start, which helped me build confidence and skills. Neil breaks down complex techniques into simple, digestible steps, ensuring everyone can follow along and succeed. After 20 days, I upholstered two small chairs almost without difficulties, thanks to the engaging and motivating teaching style. This course was worth every cent (Euros here). And I cannot recommend the FaceLift Academy highly enough. Whether you’re a complete beginner, like me, or someone with some experience looking to give a shine to your skills, this course offers something for everyone. You will enjoy it!

I first came across FaceLift Interiors about a year and a half ago while looking for a specific upholstery trick video on YouTube. Neil’s video quickly got my attention among many others on there, not only because he explains everything down to micro-detail while showing every bit of it, but he does it effortlessly, adding a super fun and friendly flair making the experience of learning quite enjoyable. From sewing to staining and building a frame to of course gorgeous upholstery, FaceLift Interiors has an extensive video library for any upholstery needs. Thanks for all the shared knowledge, Neil, and good luck with FaceLiftInteriors Academy.
